Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped through USPS

Pieces will ship 3-14 days from from order date.

Any alterations to an item will take longer depending on the change.

Any made to order pieces with take 2-4 weeks.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen once they have shipped, however additional insurance can be purchased by the buyer. Please contact me for rates.

RETURNS:

Ordering online can be a surprise, I am no stranger to this, so I do offer returns. You have 10 days from delivery to contact for a full return or refund excluding shipping.  

If you’re piece breaks and the wearer is at fault I am happy to fix it however, there will be shipping and a repair fee, depending on damage.

If the piece breaks and it is due to the construction of the piece, I am happy to fix it with no cost to you and I will pay for shipping.  I will need photos and evidence of poor construction in order to fulfill this request and I will make the final decision who is at fault for the repair.

Please recycle and use the same packaging to return, thank you :)
